The three star rating is purely based on onevisit the other three times I've been there it was great this time it was only okay also wasn't that hungry it's very nice restaurant if you like Chinese buffet food

The food is always good there. Go atmosphere and clean.

Had a decent waitress... empty hibachi... multiple people around but nobody tending...Raw fried chicken ... wont be returning

It is slowly getting better. Attitude of employees is much better. But do not like when I have to request shrimp in the Mongolian grill, it should be available like the rest of the food.

i went to go back for seconds, and i realized that it was taking awhile to get my food. my plate has been sitting there, waiting to be cooked for about 20-30 min. i even went to tropical smoothie and came back, and still wasn’t cooked! i was frustrated. the cook was even back there , but he was on his phone. so we left. please correct your staff.

They have upped they're food game witch is awesome and they have something nobody else does fried frog legs and they are spot on delicious. Plus craw dads.... Can't forget those along with a full Buffett and hibachi grill, and fresh fruit and salad bar and sushi.

Very pleasant buffet. Had the food I haven't seen on other Oriental buffets in our area. Very grateful it had it. Would recommend it as a good place for the price.

The food was cold, and hard. Granted it wasn't many ppl there for dinner. But that's a health hazard

I love the Mongolian barbecue lots of choices on the buffet. I love hot and sour soup there’s is decent. I would go more exit my wife doesn’t like it there sometimes the staff is grumpy

Excellent variety but some food could be warmer. Staff is friendly but some don't appear to speak english. I can understand charging extra for unfinished food.. it's an "all you can eat" place, not all you can "waste". Parents with kids who fill a plate and take one bite cut into profits. That said, I have never been charged extra and I think they took the sign down last time I was there.

The prices here are unbelievable and the food is good. Always go here when we are in town.

It's a pretty darn good buffet. It could be more diligent on cleaning around food area better. Service and people are truly very nice people

I think this is the best Chinese restaurant in this area. I think it’s even better than orient express. There is a lot of variety food you can pick. It’s fresh every time. So you should try it in Webb City.

Food is good overall the prices are the highest of all the other American style chinese restaurants in the area. They do have a good selection of food though plus they have a Mongolian grill as well which is nice because it's the only one besides huhot.

Best Otintial around. Great salection, every selection especially the sea food and crab. They even have a salad bar with everything you could want to put in it.😋.

Had a great lunch there. Enjoy going there price is great.

Hibachi is fairly good. Buffet is ok. Usually looks clean. We don't typically go out of our way to way eat here but if I need hibachi I know its fairly reliable. A bit pricey for buffet fare.

I am a sushi lover and love going in and getting a plate full of sushi. They have other great choices of food as well from the hibachi grill to the shrimp cocktails. They have a salad bar, dessert bar and of course some American classics like pizza and fries.

I'm not from Joplin or Webb...but I think over all for your money...the lunch Buffett which ends at 3 or 330. ..is the best deal around for Chinese /Asian food. It's like 7.99 a person, lots of good choices. Nice place....I think.

The staff is very friendly and the place looks immaculate, and I'm sure some of the other food is good, I just wouldn't ever come here for cashew chicken. I've been twice now and definitely won't try again. The rice was crunchy and the sauce was sweet, and cashew sauce isn't supposed to be. If I do ever get roped into going again, I'll try the sushi instead.

I enjoyed going there for lunch or dinner. Also have gone there as well for take out . Then heard from a friend that they pull to go orders from the food bar instead of fresh from the kitchen. Other than that it's a great place to eat

Staff is friendly and clean establishment. Food was diverse and plentiful. Definitely recommend trying the hibachi and sushi bar. Definitely will return.

Wide variety of food was fresh and tasty (at 6pm) but it got cold too quickly. Service was decent. They no longer charge extra for food left on plates but they have raised the prices to $7.99 for weekday lunch and $11.55 for dinner and weekends. Drinks are additional.

By far the best buffet around. Reasonable prices and exceptional food.

Food is very iffy( some of the food was ok but most tasted like cleaner). Service was kinda slow . Place wasn't the cleanest . A little over priced tho for it not being that good.

It has become tradition that the family and I go to East Buffet every Christmas, just to get a break from the whole holiday scene...We have always had great food and service every time we go! They have a tremendous selection of many different varieties of Chinese food!! My favorite Chinese buffet, unfortunately I have to drive almost 2 hours to get there...

Second time ive been here and it is still THE WORST place to eat! Food was cold, nothing tasted as it should and our drinks were flat! Would not recommend!

I took my son there for his birthday dinner and it was so gross. I paid 28 dollars for a little bit of salad. The chicken was not cooked all the way and the hibachi meat was all dried out and looked like jerky.

Good food but pricey. For what you pay food should be fresher more often.

Great food, great price, awesome service

The buffet was huge with a wide variety of things to choose from. The food was very good and cooked perfectly. The sushi was a bit rubbery but still very good. I would go here again.

Be sure to read the inside bulletin board on the inside. In the front door it says $4 and some odd sense I can't remember the exact price and that it says $5 and something. But when I got my bill it was for $14. I was rather surprised. That was because I did not read the bulletin board. Otherwise the food is excellent well-prepared service are Asian women and the most of them don't speak very much English. But other than that it was real good. There's music playing not too loud but you can hear it as you're talkin. You pee after you're done eating.
